What Are Trump's Options? Double D Chess

Ok, making this thread in skunk works since it deals in speculation.

Full disclosure, I believe in the enemy of my enemy is my man philosophy and this is why I wonder, and in short it would be an epic, epic thing to see Trump pull this off somehow.

So, looks like PA is out and the election is on track to 'officially' go to Biden.

So what can Trump do?
That's what I want to read about in this thread.

Can he (just spitballing)...

- Manufacture an event that somehow allows him to trigger martial law? and if you trigger martial law while you're waiting to be replaced by a new president - what happens? Does Pelosi take over? Does Biden take over? Or does Trump remain as Commander of the Military?

- Convince enough governors and their citizens that this is a 'fraud' and then succeed with Trump as their leader?

- Covertly create phony right wing radical violence? Antifa battles? Martial law? (see note #1)

- Fire everyone he needs to, hire everyone he needs to. Go to court for a lot of other reasons besides the election. Then reemerge and clean house with 8,000 arrest warrants and non stop flights to Guantanamo?

- Trigger a natural disaster that shuts us down into a five year winter with martial law. (see note #1)

Well, I'm sure there are more Triple D cup Chess ideas out there.

Could be a really interesting month, or could be dying with a whimper.

Depends on how martial law is proclaimed.
1) The military can remove a sitting president and the highest ranking officer will assume command and suspend Congress until the Constitution can be restored.

2) If the president declares martial law , the current president remains until the state of martial law is lifted.

3) If the president declares martial law and there is not a reasonable justification , see #1

Damn those checks and balances , right ?

Trump in his lawsuit has alleged Equal Protection Clause violations because mail in ballots in highly Democratic PA areas were allowed to correct ballots and highly Republican PA areas were not given a chance.

He might win this argument based on precedent.

So this isn't too bad. Now we're just tasked with defining 'reasonable'.

Why do you say that?

Nothing and the thread pretty much declares Trump as clutching onto his power at all cost.

Trump has indicated that if there is no path to victory, he'll concede.

Biden has won through absolute slim margins. I don't believe for a second Americans want Biden. We underestimated the Anti Trump vote, that's literally what it came down to. That says a lot about the education of our brothers and sister, to lead emotionally isn't conducive to overall life quality. Just because you don't like a persons character doesn't mean you vote agaisnt them for something that will diminish our standing in the world, establishment politics wins and we're all losers.

It's that simple.

Everything this Presidency has done has improved my life overwhelmingly.

He can release the Durham report and then have Biden charged with multiple felonies. This would make him unfit to govern because he would be unable to get a security clearance. Then the states and the Electoral College would be forced to decide whether or not they can put a criminal in the White House. And allow him access to the nuclear football. Also would they really want the President to suffer through the indignity of a trial and possibly be the first president to run the country from a jail cell?

And no matter how they deal with it the blowback from having a disgraced president will totally ruin the Democrat brand name for a number of years.
