Unlike most lawsuits brought by the Trump campaign, which targeted small pools of votes whose exclusion would not change the election result, the Porter Wright suit challenged nearly 2.65m votes that were cast by mail, the majority by Democrats.

It accused the secretary of the commonwealth, Kathy Boockvar, of “arbitrary and illegal actions” and sought an emergency order prohibiting the certification of the Pennsylvania election result.

With that lawsuit stalled, certification in Pennsylvania – and the formal election of Joe Biden as president – drew a step closer. By law the state’s result must be certified by 23 November.

So, this tells me that a major stumbling block to a Biden victory in Pennsylvania has been removed.

Anyone else got another take on this event?

Yeah. It's from yahoo News. That makes it very unreliable.

The attorneys didn't want to risk losing their licenses by lying in court

It was apparent to legal commentators that one of the lawyers arguing the Montgomery County case before Common Pleas Judge Richard P. Haaz was not going to risk losing his law license by lying in court. Some also noted that sanctions may be issued where frivolous lawsuits have been filed.

That's probably it then. The biggest electoral coup in the history of the planet has been effective. Good luck US folk. You are going to need it! Sorry for you! Only hope for you now is a CW. Best of luck!

What are all the trump supporters gonna do if he loses this and your country continues down the path it was on? Leading us all into the new world order.

Perhaps Trump, secretly sensing defeat, switched them over to researching whether a president can pardon himself for crimes against the USA. Next big news story y'all!

They must all be in on it too. Lawyers were probably threatened. But don't worry, there's nano tech on the ballots and they've been tracking them from space. More 12D chess. Here comes the boom. This time it'll be a real boom though. Not like the last 300 failed ones.

I'm very sorry to say but I feel it's over.
The president of China yesterday gave congratulations to Biden so it's over guys.
So did they prime minister of Japan.
What little we do know about Joe Biden's future for America is that it's uncertain for certain.

Also what really puzzles me now is that whatever plan that was in set is now inset by this I mean by all the explosions of the coronavirus on a worldwide landscape.
what's pushing this well obviously I have a health passport for everyone over the age of 12.
And of course a mandatory every 6 months injection of a vaccine.
This vaccine regardless what anybody thinks about it in my opinion it will cause the human population to become sterile.
Remember we seem to have psychopaths leading us to a path of destruction and keep this in mind all the psychopaths are old and they know they're dying so the willing to take down the whole world with him.
That's my food for thought.

Naw, I heard he was going to go scorched Earth and declassify all things negative to the DNC. Just to piss them off. At this point, what does he have to loose? Your approval? Bwahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Co-Counsel is continuing the suit. This happens often in the legal world, particularly in procedural suits like this. The firm in question likely specializes in actually writing the suits, but co-counsel specializes in presentation in court.

How did I guess that an early reply would simply be to discount the information by source.

So now that you have done that, what do you think about the information it reported. True or not true. Has the suit been dropped as reported.

Declassify all sides. Or do you want to hide just one side of the same corporatist coin? Allegiance to an honest USA, not parties.

Maybe that wiser heads are prevailing. My guess is that the firm was hired by the campaign with promises of providing them the ''goods'' on voter fraud and that those ''goods'' did not come forth. Funny that huh?

I'm going to preface what I say next with saying I approve of Trump's foreign policy for the most part. He has been far less aggressive than the two before him.

But I wonder if a literal scorched Earth would effect a transition. Say a war broke out, would the transfer of power still go on as planned, or would there be more things on the checklist of reconciliation before a transition is guaranteed.

Just spitballing here, I was wondering this last night. Not so much concerned about the idea coming for fruiting, just curious.

This is beyond my legal ken Burd. It may be as you suggest. However do you think that this might be the same reason for this?
