Can anyone confirm this? I was digging to find out how to contest a Presidential Election, and came across this:

www.azleg.gov... (I hate Arizona's site ) You will need to go to Section 16-249, under Article 4 Presidential Preference Election. Sorry, their site sucks for linking.

B. Section 16-661, relating to automatic recount, does not apply to an election held pursuant to this article.

Does this mean that there is no recount possible for this election?
