Okay this is tripping me out. That is 100% not Hillary Clinton. There has to be a logical explanation for this. With the ability to pull off "deep fakes" now, I would expect this to look at least a little like the beast.

Hillary's right eye sits higher in the skull, the imposter has her left eye sitting higher. It's a bad mistake to make from whoever is behind this

I absolutely agree and don't know what to make of it.

Either:

Reuters or whoever got scammed.

The media is testing the waters for human fakes because they know deep fakes can be detected

Mandela effect and this REALLY IS HILARY FFS!!!!

Yeah it's really freaky to think that an organization such as Reuters would try to pull this. I mean I know this is a conspiracy site but good lord this is painfully obvious. I did a Google image just to make sure there wasn't some timeline crossover lol.

This woman isn't Hillary, but Hillary did speak on the full version of the video. For what ever reason Reuters video starts further along after Hillary speaks at the very beginning. The woman from this video is introduced as Ambassador something or other...I never could quite make it out...
