Sim Racer meets Captain Slow

In my spare time I do a bit of Sim racing so Jimmy Broadbent is known to me as he is a really good youtube Sim racer , James May is no doubt known to most but what may not be known to those who don't watch Drivetribe is that James has bought a pub , at the worst time ever to buy a pub ... typical James Eh.

The video below is 13 minutes long and well worth a watch for anyone who likes James May , or Jimmy Broadbent for that matter.


I've always thought James May seemed like a top bloke and the video kinda shows he genuinely is.

PC with a G29 wheel , ! mostly race Assetto Corsa Competizione , Project Cars 2 (for VR) and F1 2020 but I'm also bad at Dirt Rally 2.

Didn't think anyone on here sim raced.
I thoroughly enjoy it myself.
Currently I'm on PS4 playing the same titles you have mentioned, but mostly Gran Turismo Sport.
I also use the G29 but HEAVILY considering the Fanatec Podium F1.
If I may offer some advice on your G29, maybe consider the Ricmotech load cell for the brake component. I guarantee faster lap times due to better trail breaking. If I remember correctly, I paid 130 but. Easy and fun to install.

Also, I've been HEAVILY considering PC....
AND....your G29 is compatible to the PS4 and soon the PS5.
It'd be great to maybe get some laps in together one day, huh
