That number is for legal citizens and using average stats about 20% are under 18.

ETA: I just looked at some population numbers and the actual growth number is closer to 18-20million from 2008 to 2020.

Pop 2008 304 million
Pop 2020 331 million

27 million - 24% (those under 18) so about 20 million possible voters. split 50/50 = 10 million each side - 30% that will not vote for anything (use to be 40%+ but we had mass mailings) that leaves Biden 7 million over Obama's 2008.

This is all based on if mass mailings gave Biden a serious boost of 15+ points.

Yeah, sounds real legit. In reality, only radical alt left wingers hated Trump. There's a reason he has 72 million votes showing, and there's no telling how many were in for Trump and changed to Biden. We already know there are tons of "glitches" that did that.
