Only the courts can decide what is legally credible evidence, but you are of course entitled to your own opinion on what constitutes as credible pre-trial.

But he fails to understand that as far as the courts are concerned, his opinion is tantamount to being law-illiterate and is not worth much. If he has a bone to pick, law school & the Bar (not Barr) awaits.

All those protests that turned into riots were in my opinion the fault of the organizers. Mass protests back in my day were questionably ok, in that they held pretty much to non-violence. That was the template for protests back in the 60s and early seventies. And those were based on the template of Ghandi and his peaceful protests.

The idea was that masses of people who wanted social change and could not find it through the ''system'' would gather, march, make speeches and the media would pick it up as news and the ''message'' would be made loud enough for the general public to take notice.

But to my mind that is no longer the case. These protests over the last 6 months or so have been built on the template of the sixties. That template is no longer viable. For one, the left's ability to ''police'' it's own ranks is nil. They cannot even orchestrate a peaceful protest without it being overshadowed by violence and in to many cases looting. I certainly would hope that any protesters on the right could demonstrate more organizational and personal discipline than that.

Those protests ran completely contrary to the purported goals of the left. Bad stuff.
