No judge is going to rule in favor of stripping any american from having their vote counted. It won't happen. The courts take this stuff too seriously because their decisions set precedent.

From what I've read the largest recount change ever in modern history was in North Carolina...667 votes changed or the Florida incident where I'm was under 1500... That's it. In all of history..

Biden is winning by more than that in GA, and AZ

Trump is winning by more than that in NC

Biden is winning by ALOT , WAAAY more than that in PA, MI, and WI

You have to hope that the courts thrown away tens of thousands of votes.

Unprecedented.. and in a political climate with the hate and vitriol for the current administration, that is not happening.

Suits are filed by the legal team, there's no reason for him not to try to destress and relax for a while.

It is statistically impossible for Trump to win.
Unless he gets a recount in all the states he is losing in, which is highly unlikely.
And if ya want to blame the machines used to count and check the ballots, find out when we first started using any machine ever for such a thing. And go back and double check every election that did use one.

It depends on whether that 1% left is enough but we don't know what county or precinct that is to make that determination. One of the Detroit areas came in late and it was 800k votes. That's certainly a game-changer. We also don't know the result of the challenge against late ballots yet. Instead of proclaiming victory for anyone, why not wait until the final results are available? I don't trust any of the maps to be honest, not one. Did you believe Gore's lawsuit was "trash" in 2000? I bet you didn't.

And no one who is not legally allowed to vote deserves to vote and have that vote counted. That's the big difference between the rhetoric of the left and the right this season.

The ADA permits anyone who has an understanding of what it means to vote the ability to vote however it varies by state if mentally incompetent people can vote.

It's not like they might have needs like every other person on the planet, the only people I think who should be denied a vote is anyone in prison.

He's referring to my "dumb" comment which was entirely taken out of context. In context it was directed at those who chose to disregard the date rule and submitted their ballots after election day. That's not legal and it shouldn't count because they were too dumb (lazy, ignorant, etc.) to get their ballots in on time.
