Lawsuit Filed in Wayne County, MI re: Serious Allegations of Fraud in Detroit

This news broke very recently. I'm not an attorney, but the way I read it, the plaintiffs have several witnesses, as well as evidence to back up the claims. I would appreciate anyone with real legal education and/or experience to help us understand all of it.

Also, it's being reported by some that news services have changed the status of state(s) from leaning Biden or called for Biden to Unknown/Toss-Up.

(EDIT: Sorry; I authored the post quickly, and didn't investigate thoroughly. Truth be told, I still haven't, but I could swear that for the last couple days, I've seen multiple states on those maps incl. WI, MI, PA, and possibly AZ showing solid dark blue meaning called for Biden, or at the very least light blue, indicating incomplete count but leaning Biden... but I couldbe mistaken).

If CNN uncalls any state for Biden, something is happening that has significance. I'm not getting my hopes up for a switch, but I am glad to see it happening for the sake of our election process.

Edit - CNN hasn't "called" Arizona, they're still being counted. Their current map still shows Pennsylvania blue. We'll have to wait and see.

Nothing has been un-called on CNN. And RCP, I don't even know what the hell they are doing.

With Lawsuits being filed en masse this week, and the DOJ now pledging to prosecute all election fraudsters, it's only a matter of time before Joe Biden drops back under 270 Electoral votes, and is reluctantly UN-crowned by the egg-on-face media. Fox News will look particularly foolish.

But holy cow, did you guys read the motion for a restraining order in Wayne County? Wow, if any of those allegations are true, someone's head is going to roll. Or should.

At this point I don't even care of Trump has actual votes added to his totals or not, the process itself has been severely compromised and needs to be repaired.
