The difference being that Mrs. Barrett's appointment was legal, though not politically popular among many. The voter/election fraud being reported is NOT legal.

There is also a very big difference between an official presidential appointment/Senate confirmation process and the election process of the people by the people in which the people are being cheated.

Biden's nomination, campaign and election win are all legal.

I don't think Biden knows anything about the election other than it is taking a while to count. I think they are keeping the news from him about the election fraud for plausible deniability reasons. They probably have told him everything is going fine with the count.

If he questioned the vote, he wound be exposing his own party to investigation. This might be the bigest reason to keep him in the dark.

And given that at least one court has had to order election workers to play by the rules -- specifically, allow the observers to watch the count as required by law -- there is in fact and in deed proven foul play going on.

What we don't know is the full extent of that foul play.
