#BREAKING: Trump Deputy Campaign Mgr Justin Clark announces legal victory in Philadelphia - appellate court ruling grants access to watch ballots being counted.

There will be additional legal action to review ballots that have already been counted.

I mean, it should not take a court battle to grant access to watch the count. Legit polling places should welcome this. Why is this not standard?

***UPDATE: Well, easy come easy go. How is this PA Supreme Court ruling, overturning the previous court ruling, a vote for Transparency???

Otherwise it's a secret election and therefore fraud therefore illegitimate.

It requiring a court ruling in my opinion shows that hardly anyone is educated about the Constitution or what the Spirit of the Law is.

This is a perfect reason to dismantle the Dept of Education and fire all of them.

The state's have 50 chances to get it right now. Surely at least 1 of them will. Then all decent ppl can move there to enroll their kids.

In a call with reporters on Thursday morning, campaign manager Bill Stepien said the ruling by a Pennsylvania judge would also allow them to review counting that has already occurred as well.

So we have live streams, Detroit had 128 Republican count watchers and still there is the most bigly fraud ever going on? Now the President does not want military ballots counted because they could have come in late?

Yesterday they advised that they were going to hold the postal votes to one side, so they can be scrutinised if required, pending any legal proceedings.

How does live stream help, when the camera man pans away when something unscrupulous is occuring? Not sure which state. Saw someone pointing out a live stream where someone counting was looking around as to see if someone was watching. Then grabs a hidden pen, and starts to write on the ballot. When the camerman notices, he pans away. Crooked.
