The Court has full discretion in whether or not to consider any case which comes before them from a lower court (as this one does). There is no question about this.


The Texas case was a bit different as it was presented as a dispute between states. Thomas and Alito think that the Court does not have the option in such a case. Apparently the other Justices do not see it that way.

People involved in the audit found many ballots with the same signature. They were told to keep counting, and the audit was not a time for investigating, they just need to keep counting.

Take a look at the states that have formally named slates of both Biden and Trump electors prior to the big vote on January 6th.

As more damaging information comes out about the Biden crime family, vice president Mike Pence will be more inclined to choose Trump electors over Biden electors, if the decision ultimately falls on him.

The electoral votes could be protested in Congress (seems to be the only avenue of "appeal") but not much chance of them being overturned.

Many in the media wanted to talk to Christopher Krebs, the nation’s former top cybersecurity official, when he disputed President Trump’s unproven allegations of voter fraud.

But his name appears to come up less frequently now that his former agency is being scrutinized in the wake of an apparent Russian cyber attack that began in March but was only publicly revealed this week.

Krebs headed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) until Trump fired him in November. He had called the 2020 election "the most secure in American history" and said there was no evidence of changed, deleted, lost or otherwise compromised votes.
