On Monday afternoon, 10 Republican state attorneys general announced the filing of an amicus brief to the Supreme Court on behalf of the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) on a decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on the Pennsylvania Republican Party’s case about 2020 general election mail-in ballots’ alleged discrepancies in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The effort, led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, includes Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron, Oklahoma AG Michael J. Hunter, and the AGs from Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Florida.

A GSA spokesperson told The Hill, however, that Administrator Emily Murphy, a political appointee named to the post by Trump, is waiting to determine that “a winner is clear.”
