You are assuming that every requested ballot is going to be filled out and returned, not the case. Which is precisely the reason why letting ballots not potmarked by election day be counted is ripe for fraud and cheating.

Wouldn't be the first time I've been caught assuming my friend and you know what they say about the word assume.

I agree the system is ripe for abuse and fraud especially locally and likely statewide and nationally. Whats the vibe in Ohio? here Georgia its pretty much if the state goes blue pretty much there is something wrong going on.

Ohio will be red bet on it. I also see PA, WI, MI all going red. I see a Trump landslide coming, there is no doubt about it. The independents will be voting red hard, the dems went full retard, never go full retard.

You are missing the entire point of what the Democratic party has put together for the election this year.

Our swing states, for instance, are just a bigger better Broward county now.

So the votes will come in, be counted...

And if there are not enough Democrat votes in key counties, they will be recounted, added to, changed, modified until the results the Democrats want happen.

In Broward that took a few days last time before they were shut down.

This will go on for days and days and days.... not even counting what Biden and the DNC's 600+ lawyers on the ground are going to be doing.

Also not counting any Republican legal issues/battles that will be waged in places with blatant voter fraud like Texas this time.

Unless there is an absolute massive red wave that can counteract what Democrats have done, of course.

A girl can dream.

No surprise then is it that Republicans just padded the Supreme Court...

That's what you do when one SCOTUS dies. Fill the seat. Not the same as the democrat plan to "pack the court" by going from 9 SCOTUS to whatever number they choose 11,13, 15, 37.......

So how in 2016 were they able to all know Trump won? I mean, as the dems like to say, it was hairline close, being decided by just about 44K votes over a few states, but yet by 2:30 am on Nov. 4 it was over and known who won. BTW, there were still absentee votes and mail in votes still out there to be counted in 2016, just like this year. So why all the sudden drama of "it will take days to count and every vote MUST be counted"? This is not true, the math will tell the story, if the total number of outstanding votes cannot make up the difference in a state (this even assumes all votes left would be for one party), then the State must be called for the winner. They use mathematical projections based on exit polling to also make these predictions. Every vote does not need to be physically counted to determine the winner of a state.

That night in 2016, some Members right here on ATS calculated that the 3 states in question (WI, MI, PA) did not have enough Democrat area votes remaining to place Clinton was a winner in any of the 3 as the night got late.

They used count maps that were up in real time from the state election sites (I think).

I remember the whole thing happening as the networks froze the "calling" when their people calculated the same things we were calculating.

😎🚬

Exactly right, so the only plausible explanation for tomorrow is that results will purposefully be withheld from release by some of these states in real time after the polls close, we shall see what shenanigans they try to pull tomorrow.

I'm been leaning that way myself, if Trump gets the rust belt Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin and I think he rolls in the south too. Georgia to Texas with NC, SC, TN, AL WV he is well on his way if he gets Florida it's over, if not he might need Arizona and or Nevada. It's gonna be an interesting night

Because the Republicans had the Senate, therefore they had the control. That's what happens when you loose elections. It's called winning.
