Did you not read the first damn line of the story?

The whole reason it was changed to begin with was because Mitch McConnell and the GOP used every second of every day to let nothing get through.

Mitch McConnell even said they would fix the problem after the election in 2014, but what did he do? He lied left it as is and later even added the SC to the 50+1 vote rule.

But how will promiscuous women who shirk responsibility be able to kill their unborn and newborn babies for matters of convenience once she helps outlaw those macabre practices?
