Really: Amid Protests in USA Hawaii Arrests the US Surgeon General on Covid-19 Park Tresspass

Oppose the USA and you get a free pass today to burn, loot, pillage, beat up and destroy anything and everything. I thought this was a joke. Its not. I cant believe that some idiot would arrest him for entering a park that apparently was closed and on a lock down because of Covid-19. Even the judge seems to be playing the heavy based on some of his statements. What a joke.

HONOLULU — A lawyer for U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams said Wednesday that his client, who is charged with illegally entering a Hawaii public park that was closed because of the coronavirus, will plead not guilty. The criminal complaint against Adams, who was on Oahu in August helping with surge testing amid a spike in coronavirus cases, says he and two other men were looking at the view and taking pictures at Kualoa Regional Park on the island’s northeastern coast. The rural park offers a view of the famed Mokolii island, also known as Chinaman’s Hat for its cone shape. Adams did not appear in court or on a video call for the Wednesday hearing, but his attorney, Michael Green, said his client understands the charge and will plead not guilty.

To go in front of a jury? Really? Why is this being pushed forward by the DA?

They are very concerned about their squirrels there. they do not want to have the park full of nuts.

The irony is that Dr. Adams was there to help with the surge that is the overall cause of the orders, and that the park was closed down specifically because he was coming there. That is entrapment: close a facility without notice at the exact time an invited person is coming and allow them to walk in without knowing that it is closed, then arrest them. Worse, it is entrapment of a United States official.

This is not about law any more. This is about US sovereignty versus state sovereignty. Hawaii should be excommunicated from the Union. Not just lose Federal funding, but no longer be a US state. Reduce them to territory status and take over the local government. Remove all US Congressional representation, including Hirono, Slatz, Case, and Gabbard. David Ige and Kirk Caldwell should both be arrested on Federal sedition charges and be prosecuted. The judge in the case should be informed that he does not have jurisdiction over the United States and be arrested as well if he does not comply with a demand to drop the case.

Any resistance to the above should be met with military action, Not national guard... military. As in send the Navy to arrest and detain any opposition members as enemies of the United States of America. Plenty of room in Gitmo; plenty more in the ground.

Unless the above is done, we are no longer the USA, a sovereign country. We are back to where we were before 1776, just without a foreign power to lead us. One will be along soon enough, though, so no worries. Probably China.

Why was he there? Why should he be able to go if the regular citizen isn't allowed to? Why is he going to plead not guilty when he is guilty of being there? Why not just own up to it? It's not like he can't afford the fines. Oh, is it because he can't face the consequences? Because he's worried about his reputation?

Where are the protests with hundreds of people enjoying national parks?
