What I’m saying is, if Hunter was FaceTiming a girl that was not nude but he was, I don’t think that would be possession of CP, it would be indecent exposure to a minor at the bare minimum though and probably a few other charges.

I'm confused now. I thought the FBI had the actual laptop, and Rudy had one of the copies of the laptop's hard drive. He (Rudy) said he had one of 3 copies. He named the other 2 people who received copies, but I don't remember their names at the moment.
