It is a invoice.....signed to give shop owner receipt of goods. I don't know anyone that gets payment up front before work is done. No money was paid, which is why after 90 days the product became property of the shop.

Great post. Truly. However no one will do anything because it is pointless now, and that IS the point. You in the USA, we in the UK and most everywhere else cling to the illusion of a democracy long gone. We effectively elect the same power hungry, money hungry, morally bankrupt politicians because that is all we have. The system squeezes these morons to the top and we vote for them.
