So appreciate this comment. I'm on the island and nothing is happening except us getting bullied into "new normal." We keep hearing on CBC about covid this and that, all day long with Bonnie Henry stating that the mainland is worse... so this is very interesting and I've been wondering.

Our system is much like the US..in that our Provinces govern themselves with our Constitution not allowing Federal intervention...

Even in a declared National Emergency the Provinces are in charge....and our Provinces usually don't agree on much....

Good letter. You really have to ask yourselves if it’s real or not. I’m on the fence, don’t know who or what to believe.It’s more like we’re in an experiment to see how we cope with isolation and the lack of human contact.

It’s a real shame people lost their businesses and the economy has taken a massive hit over this.

I am very sure this is not real. Public health policies are not directed by the federal government in Canada, but instead at the provincial level.

Health Canada provides federal policy guidance for provinces, but the roll-out, administration and actual business of health care is done on a provincial level. So, no matter what the Canadian federal government wants, it's all up the the individual provinces at the end of the day to determine how they want to handle their health care or a pandemic response at that.

Also, not all the provinces are of Liberal Party leadership. At that, the federal Liberal Party of Canada is generally quite different than the provincial levels of that party, let alone most political parties in Canada.

In the end, the federal government has very little control over what the provinces do with their healthcare policies. Which is why I believe this is very likely a fear mongering hoax.

Forget about the vaccine being beneficial

I think that this whole coronavirus outbreak boils down to a vaccine, and total control of power.
I truly believe that there will be something they throw into the vaccine, so masses and masses of people will blindly get a vaccine with god knows what in it.

I know damn well myself of my son will never get this #.

I’ve also heard theories that the vaccine is related to the apocalypse. Detailed in the Bible.
Once the vaccine starts to be administered you would have to get a mark or id somewhere (mark of the beast) and you would not be allow to buy food in grocery store, retail stores, church, or anywhere.

Those aren't mutations which render a theoretical vaccine useless.

Not that anyone in their right mind would take a Coronavirus vaccine, but if there was a useful/not-harmful vaccine, it would work for the 3,582 varieities.

I know, bad form replying to myself (no offense GBP/JPY), wanted to keep it a separate thought rather than add to the previous post.

Huge strides have been made in figuring out the immune system processes which spin out of control, leading to the severe & "strange" symptoms. These are process which we know how to treat. As proper and effective treatments become the norm, the death rate from COVID should become drastically reduced.

If we follow through on developing treatments for the actual causes of SARS-CoV-2 related problems, rather than the nonsense attempts which were tried in the early going, there won't be any reasonable need for a vaccine.

I haven't heard anything, but I do know that Trudeau has brought up the Universal Income plan before in relation to Covid relief.

Honestly, none of that stuff is surprising.

Couple of weeks ago on local radio they were discussing some new possible additions to the Alberta Covid guidelines that suggested we should be social distancing in our own homes.

Isn't it more natural for a virus to become LESS lethal over time? It's not seeking to kill people, it's seeking to reproduce, which is a lot harder to do in dead people.

Right now we are going to de-weaponized and repatriate the very word "virus".

Viral is a word manufactured to describe the SIZE and logistical abilities of a THING.

In a sick person who has been infected with Pleomorphic Bacteria the "something" has multiplied into "some things".... there are now 2 diametriclly opposed things of viral size in the bloodstream.....2 things that are nearly indistinguishable from one another..... one of these viral sized pollutants is DEAD AND INERT and the other one is ALIVE AND ACTIVELY REPRODUCING.

A viral sized normally occurring "Garbage Bag" of DEAD INERT RNA/DNA floating around waiting to be filtered out....is intermingled with ..... a living Pleomorphic Bacteria that has lost mass and changed shape and has morphed into a viral size and that is executing an anerobic life-cycle stealing resources from the blood then polluting the same blood with waste products.

So what is a virus?

It is a viral sized "something".

A virus is not a THING....its a size description that applies to different THINGS.

A Bacteria can live in a viral size in the body.

Dead inert waste products can exist in viral size in the body.

One of these things is part of a process which makes you sick and kills you and one of these things is part of a process which makes you better and heals you.....they are diametriclly opposed.

It's not so far fetched - a lot of this stuff in the leak just seems to make sense as to the trajectory of things right now.
