Funny you mention that. Outside Canberra there is a park with barbed wire with no public access. That according to the insider that i mentioned was going to be home for the elite to control the world. We have clean air abundance in resources etc
If you loon at our Parliament in Canberra its built partly underground

Australia is also part of the commonwealth. I doubt UK would tolerate it. Further, the USA spy network would see those ship carriers coming a before they left, and be reacting accordingly. I think it has more to do with American forces coming in to be honest. If China hit Taiwan, which is within their realm of influence, the USA would hit their fleet. From there, its a question of what would happen. China would not be going to Australia where it could not be resupplied.

My 2 cents.

I don't see a military sea invasion like WWII instead something moving more slowly and covertly. Who knows might be as mentioned a bug out location for the world s elite or just the Chinese powers that be or maybe Australia's with an assist from the UK and we know if the UK is there the US isn't gonna be far behind. Especially if there are military assets to protect.

or it could be legislative overshoot to make lesser moves more palatable for the masses
