Judge orders Justice Department to verify its filings in Flynn case

In his new order, Sullivan notes that DOJ did not respond to his request to authenticate all 14 exhibits it has filed in support of the dismissal motion.

"Although the government relies heavily on these 14 Exhibits, the government has not provided a declaration attesting that the Exhibits are true and correct copies," he wrote Friday. Though he acknowledged there is typically a legal "presumption" that documents filed by the government are authentic, it doesn't apply in this case. "Here, however, the government has acknowledged that altered FBI records have been produced by the government and filed on the record in this case."

In his order, Sullivan demanded by Monday a sworn declaration that all other documents in the case are "true and correct copies." That declaration, Sullivan says, must spell out the name, date and author of its contents — aspects that were sometimes left ambiguous by the publicly filed records.

Some of the background TV audio is identifiable to me. It is an episode of Ridiculousness and seems to be Season 4 Episode 2 with Snoop Dogg as the guest that aired January 2, 2014.

You can hear Snoop's voice talking in the beginning. At the end they also announce the "B.Y.O.C" part of the show which means "Bring Your Own Clip" and only happened at the end of each episode in Season 4.

My POV is very out of the mainstream on this. His actions, or inactions, have revealed so much that would not have been revealed. General Flynn has nearly one million followers on the twit, he's the unofficial leader of the digital army - all because of this mess.

This farce has exposed the DOJ, the FBI, the Black Hats in the FBI, Mueller, renOgade's crew, Flynn's own swamp lawyers and then the corrupt judicial system surrounding the case through "amicus," substitution of counsel, appeals court. All exposed.

Without Sullivan (who Sydney wanted per Stevens case) none of this happens. All of this without us knowing what "other case assistance" Flynn agreed to give Mueller.

Gray hat for me. Black for many, Maybe White for Flynn - only he knows and he's not tweeting about it - yet.

Funny how that works...

After listening further, the audio has back to back Ridiculousness episodes in the background. The second episode seems to be from Season 9 Episode 5 that aired on February 3, 2017. This is based on the announcement of the video category "Kid Marks".

So that moves the date of the video to at least February 3, 2017.

There is also a Wendy's commercial about a limited time offer where all french fries are $1. As far as I can find, this All Fries $1 deal only happened between October and December in 2018.

There is also another commercial that seems to have Christmas bells. Then after that, a T-Mobile commercial with Christmas jingles. So definitely Nov or Dec timeframe.

So the date has moved up to end of 2018.
