Q is likely very familiar with Clancy's works...but, unless Q KNEW Joe's pseudonym prior to early 2016 it makes ZERO sense that the name 'Peter Henderson' would be chosen simply for Joe/Hunter coms.

-'Peter Henderson' starts being used in Hunter/Joe coms in early 2016.
-Q comes on the public scene October 28th. 2017.
-FBI gets the Hunter laptop sometime in 2019.

How old is The Plan?

One key thing is the name and Clancy's work/insight are in the collective of both the hunted and those hunting, including Anons who see deeper levels. So the name reveal acts like a lure to the hidden world. Pierre Delecto was a joke, this one has Anons going "hey, wait a minute this is no accident."

Your point expands. Where else was it used? Or. Who else used it, who not being Joe? A simple solution is Hunter++ decide to take out Joe long ago, so the name change was to separate "pop" from "Mob Boss" or something in kind.
