He was a very good insider , I had frequent chats with him ,

To me , he wasn’t Q team but he was a European ( I believe because I’m in the uk and he seemed to be on all the time I was.)

And he had a lot of credibility, even tho every bread the identity changed .

You get to know the fluency of the person.

He was maybe a whistleblower who wanted to be anonymous.

But he pointed anons to certain banks and symbolism.
