Answering your post made me realise that by using the term DOWNFALL, KU could be referencing the Nephilim.

Reading this post it occurs to me that whether Q says Nephilim or not that is most likely what we are fighting. The flood didn't wipe out the fallen ones. The children of the ones that weren't wiped out would be the Nephilim. I just thought of it because, seriously, both Bidens are dumb as a box of rocks and I just don't see them being able to think up, organize and pull this s**t off without having specific orders and such on how to do what, how, who, and when etc heh.
