Key Legislation
Water Quality and Aquifer ProtectionEdit
During his first term, Legislator Spencer was able to secure more than $4,500,000 in funding to upgrade Northport’s Sewage Treatment Plant.[12]
Legislator Spencer was the lead sponsor in Suffolk County for IR 1565-2013, which created the Long Island Commission on Aquifer Protection (LICAP) a joint initiative between Nassau and Suffolk Counties to protect Long Island’s sole-source aquifer.[13]
In 2014, Legislator Spencer introduced and passed legislation to further strengthen Suffolk County laws protecting residents from the dangers of hydraulic fracturing waste. IR 1117-2014 prohibits the introduction of hydro-fracking waste into all waste water treatment facilities in the county, prohibits the sale of hydro-fracking waste in Suffolk, and prohibits the application of such waste on all roadways and properties in Suffolk.

I didn’t know Austin Stienbart got arrested.
Is this for real?
Pro-Trump activist who claims he’s from the future will represent himself against federal charges for stealing NFL brain scans
Some QAnon news: QAnon figure Austin Steinbart, who goes by the alias "Baby Q" and has claimed to be the leader of QAnon visiting from the future via time travel, just filed to act as his own attorney in a federal felony case. What could go wrong?

The company will plead guilty to three counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States and violating federal anti-kickback laws, the officials said. The resolution will be detailed in a bankruptcy court filing in federal court.
To Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey, the Justice Department “failed” and she said in a statement that she was not done with either Purdue or the Sacklers. “Justice in this case requires exposing the truth and holding the perpetrators accountable, not rushing a settlement to beat an election,” she said.
Today’s deal doesn’t account for the hundreds of thousands of deaths or millions of addictions caused by Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family. Instead, it allows billionaires to keep their billions without any accounting for how much they really made. From the beginning, we’ve aimed to unearth how much the Sacklers actually profited and how much they continue to hide away.
Members of the Sackler family who served on the Purdue board said in a statement: “This proposed resolution includes relinquishing our ownership of Purdue and has been valued at $10-$12 billion — more than double all Purdue profits the Sackler family retained since the introduction of OxyContin.
Regardless, where do you think it shakes out? How badly is the FBI compromised? Are we talking ten bad actors? 10%? 50% 80%(yikes!)? 99% What about all of the rest of the agencies? Thoughts?
Lance, care, ETMN, everyone else, is there a solid thread of research in this encyclopedia set that gives interested parties the links to a concise enough collection of research so as to provide adequate intelligence and/or evidence on the worst actors known without drowning the researcher in data?
Rel, cranky, you've been looking ahead from the ku posts to POTUS tweets, or back to other ku posts. Have we looked at past journalism that answers the questions in the posts with respect to that? Maybe ku meant that whatever ku was posting about had already been proven, and that we only needed to research that topic to find the right journalism on it. The phrase 'you have more than you know' was dropped often.

We have everything.
How can we use what we know?
How do you ‘legally’ inject/make public/use as evidence?
What are you witnessing unfold?
Trust the plan.

Ok I can go with a lot of these mental gymnastics that others share here but you can't look at a set of numbers, grab just the ones you want to highlight for a connection to another number somewhere else and it be accurate. What about the rest of those numbers says your formula should ignore them?

I'd note that the date of ACB's Senate confirmation vote; Oct 26, 2020 sums to 76... prefix that with 17 and you get:

Electromagnetic energy in the brain enables brain matter to create our consciousness and our ability to be aware and think, according to a new theory developed by Professor Johnjoe McFadden from the University of Surrey.
The theory is based on scientific fact: when neurons in the brain and nervous system fire, they not only send the familiar electrical signal down the wire-like nerve fibres, but they also send a pulse of electromagnetic energy into the surrounding tissue. Such energy is usually disregarded, yet it carries the same information as nerve firings, but as an immaterial wave of energy, rather than a flow of atoms in and out of the nerves.
This electromagnetic field is well-known and is routinely detected by brain-scanning techniques such as electroencephalogram (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG) but has previously been dismissed as irrelevant to brain function. Instead, McFadden proposes that the brain's information-rich electromagnetic field is in fact itself the seat of consciousness, driving 'free will' and voluntary actions.
Johnjoe McFadden, Professor of Molecular Genetics and Director of the Quantum Biology Doctoral Training Centre at the University of Surrey, said: "How brain matter becomes aware and manages to think is a mystery that has been pondered by philosophers, theologians, mystics and ordinary people for millennia. I believe this mystery has now been solved, and that consciousness is the experience of nerves plugging into the brain's self-generated electromagnetic field to drive what we call 'free will' and our voluntary actions

We can confirm:
There appear to be not one but several images of a minor that justify immediate attention.
We have reason to believe the minor is a US citizen.

Okay, guys. Seriously. Who, WHO gets so turned on in a WORK CONFERENCE CALL they just can't wait to jerk off? Who?
Good Lord.
But beyond that, this a**hole needs to revisit the Constitution, with his idiotic ramblings. Antidemocratic? Y'all. I just don't know how much longer I can take these people.
Not only that, the man is over 50 years old. When I was 14 I did it in some strange places, I ain’t gonna lie.
But at 50.....you are a sexual deviant in need of counseling and or incarceration.

They are the true Patriots. We will never forget. Let these coming days be remembered in our history as the time we fought to recapture the republic from those evil bad actors who for so long have sacrificed the good people of this land for their own personal gain.
Fight the good fight.
