Help me break down this Nancy Pelosi Video .

The Video is 9:00 minutes long , but the part that concerns me starts around 6:21.
Now I watched the whole video and it was not easy because this woman's voice causes me physical pain ...I digress.
The contents of her words in the video are pointless because they are just liberal talking points , but what I'm trying to figure out is she reading a teleprompter ?
Around 6:21 she has this bizarre moment where she tells George Stephanopoulos " Good morning, Sunday morning " the look on his face is priceless . But anyways when he reply's if you notice her eyes are darting back and forth this is a sign of seizure or stroke , or a cue that she is reading a teleprompter but it's only after her little Sunday moment that her eyes are doing the back and forth

I don't think so. I can not spot her eyes moving side to side. I know they put teleprompters just above the camera and it isn't any wider than the camera but I couldn't see her eyes moving. I don't think they use them in the capitol building rotunda.
Starting at 6:41 notice that she looks away from the camera and even closes her eyes for just a split second. I think she is contemplating her next words there.

But if you look at George Stephanopoulos reaction it seems genuine to what she said in the moment .
