Not a bad shot, if real. Hard to get footage of these things. Got a nice shot of the little power thing in the center. Tried brightness and contrast to bring out more details, but it didn't work. Anyway.

Very cool, is this a picture you personally took or did you find it on mufon?

That is exactly what my dad saw over I-70 back in the 60s or 70s. My parents grandparents aunts and uncles all saw it. I would get them to tell me the story when I was a kid. They all told the same story my dad saw it first and was hanging out the window getting everyone's attention to look up.

great find S&F

Cool video.

Why does everyone stop filming before it zooms off and is unquestionably a real black triangle?

Street noise in the background, along with jet noise that doesn't seem to be associated with it. I'm not saying it's authentic. Submitted for your amusement.

Why is there never anything else in these photos for context and scale? I realize it was “at night” but seriously, that could be a closeup of all kinds of things rigged up to look like “a big black triangle UFO.”

Definitely a red flag. Could be "real," might not be.

Well, according to the description, the witness was in traffic filming out of his car. That might be his excuse. It flew off in the opposite direction of where he was going. Can't just linger around all night.

Very cool. It looks like it's floating by the way it moves.

Something that clear and that dramatic would most likely have more than one witness.

Interesting video though.

Pretty sweet. That sucker was filmed only a like 100 miles north of me. Cmon on down baby. I want to see.

That was my thought, as well. Although you know how people are. If I saw it, I would be very tempted just to write it off as a jet of some kind and forget it.

Interesting video though.

I thought so.

I'm just thinking how easy it would be to rig up some kind of drone to look like that.
But these triangles have been spotted for many years before people had drones everywhere...

Great video..

I know I’ve talked about this several times on ATS, but one of the coolest things I’ve seen was the small black triangle I saw in of all places, downtown San Francisco in the financial district.

I was walking home from work one night about 1 a.m. and as I’m crossing the street to my apartment building I notice a light click on above me all of a sudden. I glance up, and there’s a small black triangle, probably about 6-8 feet wide at the back part slowly hovering across the street. About 10 feet above me. It was probably about 10 feet long overall. It had the three lights, and a blinking red light in the center.

I watched it as it passed over and when it reached the alleyway between the two buildings the lights on the bottom turned off. And it vanished. I don’t mean it completely disappeared, it was painted in some crazy dark shade of black that when the lights turned off, you could just barely see the outline of it.

And it slowly floated away between the skyscrapers downtown. Afterwards I learned about Vantablack. I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. What’s crazy to me, is that there could be hundreds of these all around the country hovering overhead in our cities and no one would know.

It was almost completely impossible to see it when the lights on the bottom turned off. I could see the edges of it because I knew it was there. If I didn’t know it was there I would have no idea.

In the video I can hear traffic and what sounds like a Helicopter anyone else hearing that? Which could mean they are close to an airport or an Airbase?

Where is the report with the details?

i'm no expert with photo editing software, but i see signs of it being fake.

if you open it in one and zoom in around the lights you see signs of transparency. and their in straight lines like each pixel.

when i make wallpapers and play around with other images and erase some areas, and the put another layer and adjust the transparency of that layer and zoom in on it some of them look like that.

here is the bottom light on the right side, not sure if it will show up,

the on on the left and center show more transparency, here is the center.

i guess it could be the way the light fills the pixel, but it looks to even in spots to me

It might also just be the old Photoshop I used to fiddle with the screen grab.

People are speedy at debunking these days. It was good footage for a hoax, though. Odd how the reflective surface really doesn't show up in any of the image manipulation. Just not bright enough, I suppose.
