Beyond A Reasonable Doubt- Part One

"People of the Free Thinking United States of America" Vrs. "The Christian Community" (Please note that POFTUSA is placing charges on Islam, JW, Mormons, ect. at a later date)

Charge: Perjury, Murder, Mass Murder, Extortion, Blackmail, Disorderly Conduct, Creating False Documents, and Suppresion of Critical Information to the Members of Its Community.

Prosocutions Opening Statement:

"Members of the jury, The People of the Free Thinking United States of America (POFTUSA) are here to bring to light, the corrupt nature of The Christian Community (CC). We intend to prove to you, beyond a reasonable doubt several things. We intend to show you first and foremost, that the CC intentionally misleads its members in an effort to maintain itself. In the process it allows corruption, and ignorance through its doors without question. It is the route cause for millions of POFTUSA citizens to blindly involve themselves with a corrupt organization, that pulls the very fabric of all society apart. Its lies and methods are the cause for millions upon millions of deaths, war, dispair, fear, insanity, and choas in the entire world today. We intend to show that its very manual encourages the above mentioned from its members. Its supposed leader, has himself admittedly taken part in the above mentioned.

The POFTUSA also intends to show, that the very document that guides the CC is flawed horribly. The very book that the members of the CC are supposed to follow will be shown to not only support the attrocities mentioned above, but to support them based on lies that are easily uncovered with little thought.

The POFTUSA also intends to show, that the CC leadership, intentionally uses diversionary tactics to hide these issues and fool its unsuspecting members and non-members into trusting an invalid source. The CC teaches its members to use these same diversionary tactics, to avoid being confronted with issues that may cause them to question their loyalty to the CC. The leadership of the CC will also be shown to be guilty of using scare tactics to maintain its members once they do start to question the system.

Finally, the POFTUSA intends to show, that the resulting consequences of the above mentioned actions are not only detrimental to the CC itself, but rather every member of the POFTUSA community, regardless of whether they belong to the CC. These detrimental consequences impede our ability to live in a free society. They impede on everyones ability to live without fear of what will occur tomorrow. They impede on everyones ability to reason to the best of their ability. They impede an the very foundation of logic and knowledge our society has gained over the years. The CC is a threat to all of society.

Members of the jury, please, do not take my words lightly. The POFTUSA have a right to see the horrible underlying nature of the CC, and they have a right to defend themselves against it. Listen to the testimony that you will hear in the upcoming weeks carefully. Take into consideration all of the evidence that will be provided. People of the jury, I can assure you, that after all of this evidence is put forward for you to see, you will know, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the CC is guilty on all charges. Thank you"

I wasn't comparing you to the KKK, Seapeople. I don't insult members; it's not my style. And no, I don't feel the need to state my argument in every one of these little threads. I'm pretty sure I've already done that in one of them. However, there are about two reasons I posted that comic. First of all, this administration, the one that is for some odd reason against all religions, reminds me a lot of the KKK. Taking an entire group of people, and saying that they've hurt the country? Second, I think that this case is a joke. Like I've already said in another thread, it's set up like a comic book or some kind of bad action movie. I mean where are you going with this? What are you going to do, sue every Christian in the world?

Some of the most enlightened and intelligent people I've ever met are Christians. Ever heard of Barry Young? He had a radio show a while back. He'd explain all of the mysteries of space and time and such. People would call in and ask him questions about the world, and he's never been stumped. Some of my best and brightest teachers were Christians. Oh, but I forgot, we're all morons. Seriously, how do you sleep at night with such hate in your heart?

science cannot reveal miracles to you, or teach you how to live peacful, loving, and chaste lives for God. before i knew God I knew what you knew and I was literally a pathetic, sinful soul who really was living only for myself. Im truly glad God (jesus) has revealed himself to me by his doing though I don't deserve it, but hes saved my life.



heres what Jesus taught me, and its truly amazing how he can turn your life around.


1.Love you enemies
2. Pray for your enemies
3. If someone attacks you pray for them instead of revenge

If I talked to you seapeople how I talked to people before I heard about jesus, I would be a nasty person trust me, but now even though you hate our guts I still love you because you are a soul of God.


4. Respect women and our bodies


this includes, eating right, not womenizing women, not treating our bodies like trash ect..


5. Creat peace in every situation

6. Not be prideful

7. Do good to others.



These teachings which I did not truly know before to this extent have changed my life, and if the world lived by these which came from God, we would not have to worry about the filth thats in the world, or about war and destruction, it would be pure peace.



It truly seems t me that deep down seapeople you probably know that the things I listed are the teachings of perfection, but you just might not want to serve God.

God could show you 100s of miracles and if you don't want to serve him, but only yourself than you just don't want to believe or sevre God nomatter the proof given. Im being sincere as possible here seapeople and you wont even give me the benefit of the doubt about my sincereness.


That leads me to think that you just don't want to believe or serve. Only you know what you believe.



I think to all christians in here, its truly a waste of time arguing with this soul, honestly, just let him post what he wants to.

I just want to point something out about a typical christian such as yourself, and your blatant refusal to accept reality. Typical christians such as yourself all do the same thing. You change the bible to make it suit your needs. Then you proceed to instruct others to be as stupid as yourself and do the same.

In the mock court case, I raised an issue about tempting, which you have decided to oppose me on. You stated that god was "testing" abraham by "tempting" him. Lets get a little technical for you, and don't worry, I will try to put it in gradeschool language so you can understand.

Tempt:1 : to entice to do wrong by promise of pleasure or gain
2 a obsolete : to make trial of : TEST b : to try presumptuously : PROVOKE c : to risk the dangers of

(Got to love the word provoke)

Note the word TEST in the actual definition of tempt by Merriam Websters Dictionary.

Test:2 a : a means of testing: as (1) : a procedure, reaction, or reagent used to identify or characterize a substance or constituent (2) : something (as a series of questions or exercises) for measuring the skill, knowledge, intelligence, capacities, or aptitudes of an individual or group

So when satan was tempting Jesus in the bible, you could just as easily swap the word test with tempt and achieve the same result. Fundamentally, when describing issues such as this, tempt and test are the same thing. Each one is the act of trying to entice or PROVOKE a person to do something to see the result. Even though you will deny the very words that Merriam Websters Dictionary used here like a fool, I will continue.

With that being said, lets look at a bible verse:

James 1:13 "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man."

Interesting. I would say thats pretty straight forward, wouldn't you?

Lets have a look at another bible verse:

Genesis 22:1 "And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham."

Well would you look at that! Both are from the SAME BIBLE!!! Wow. Thats just amazing. Further analyzing your foolishness Herman, I decided to point some more things out for you. See, you did what you complain of others doing I am sure. You did the 'ol "pick and choose". You picked one bible verse over the other. Then, even though Revelation PROHIBITS you from doing so, you developed your own idea to eliminate the obvious contradiction. You are changing the words of the bible. The bible does NOT say "God did TEST abraham". The bible says "God did TEMPT Abraham". You are a blind follower. So much so that you will deny what I have just pointed out to you. Everyone can see your foolishness.

I belive in God, and the story of Jesus (mainly, Jesus is our savior). The rest of the bible, as I have said before, I don't follow strictly. I follow the basic teachings of God. Love others, respect other, respect yourself, don't steal, yada yada. I've said this before, I do believe that there may be some inaccuracies in the bible. So many thousands of years, so many translations... But apparently, that's not what you want to hear. You want to hear that I'm a stupid Christian, and I bet you'd like to see me hanged. Like I said earlier, I'm not a typical Christian. I haven't read the entire bible. What I do know, and know well, is the story of Jesus. You do not need to be a biblical scholor in order to get to heaven. All you need is to accept Jesus as your savior, and love God. With that love comes following Jesus's teachings. No, just because God used temptation as a test does not mean that tempt means test in all cases. But let's pretend it does. What would that change when Satan tempted Jesus? Maybe he did test him! He was testing Jesus to see if he would turn on God. Jesus did not. Anything else you need to know?
