Yeah he just tweeted that out... How many more tweets has he posted since?

I'm not pissed because I'm not getting a handy. But you can believe all you want. I feel that this is a poor way of handling this. He DOES have control over this because HE IS THE ONE THAT PULLED OUT.

How is it not his responsibility. He's the damn president.

So now we don't want him to play potus?

I get it... Some people are blinded by Trumps light. I've never been that person. If I feel what he's doing is wrong, I will call him out on it. Right now... He's being stupid and I'm calling him out on it. You're entitled to what you feel and believe. I'm not going to try and sway you on it.

Part reason for posting this is, like most, to get it off my chest and look for responses that might alter how I feel but so far... I only see people taking up for him while not looking at what's going to happen because of his actions on this.

THIS is not the time for Trump toddlerism. He can brow beat, word slay, twitter kill all he wants. I don't care one bit about that aside from an occasional dose of humor.

This is vastly different.

No... I wont loose anything because of this and I'm not going broke or poor. Still... That stimulus is justified and very much needed. Don't play with peoples ability to feed themselves and pay bills and most of all... the BS taxes people are paying because we have to and we can't play with that but you'll let companies play with their employees money. That's a big issue. The virus didn't stop since the last stimulus. It only got worse. Employment didn't resolve since then either... It's still worse.

So how are you going to stop talks on the one thing that was helping people get by though all of this?

You don't stop it... You use it as a tool and you explain to people... You don't tweet something telling the country that there will be no stimulus without reason. Sure, some of us understand what's happening but that's certainly not how you go about it.

THAT is a piss poor move that affects peoples lives in this mess of a plague.

He had recently claimed that they needed to keep negotiating to resolve this. His main complaint is that he does not want to help "blue" states. He basically said that the stimulus will come if he is elected again. Do you think the country feels that stimulus, unemployment benefits and help for small businesses is less important than his want to focus on his SCOTUS nominee?

He is now ranting on Twitter that the FDA should speed up and change their safety rules so that a vaccine will be available before the election. The man is a narcissistic loon.
It’s true, his recent claim is that they work on the stimulis FAST.
As for Blue States, him not wanting to help them is NOT true. It is in direct reference to States who allowed the rioting, looting and destruction. The federal Gov will not pay for that. EVER.
As for being elected again, he is saying that if he gets back the House and maintains the Senate, then he’ll have an easy way to push legislation without the pork.

I DON’T NEED THE MONEY. I’m sorry that some of you do, but that’s Pelosis holding American hostage, not Trump. The math is simple, 1.4 to 2.6 Trillion. You decide.

As for what the Country wants, you figure it out. Trump was elected on SCOTUS nominations before Covid was a blink in anyone’s eye. What happens in the interim is for Congress to push.

All in all, there is nothing inherently narcissistic about wanting to get a vaccine to the People, that’s ridiculous. It seems the only loons are those unable to be critical about their information.

Folx... Don't confuse me being critical of Trump with being a Trump hater. I have said I have done... Hold him responsible for what I feel he is accountable for. This is one of them.

He's the big guy in office. He can start a fuss about it, bring it to light and explain it to the people. Saying and doing nothing is a cop out and this isn't something I would expect from Trump but... Currently I don't see anything else happening.

Yes... I get it. The dems want to fill this full of pork. So full, you could eat it for a lifetime, I'm sure. In THIS situation, you don't just cut off all coms on the issue and throw it on a back burner.

That's throwing peoples lives and well being on the back burner and THAT is what pisses me off.

Don't contort my talking points.

Unless, of course, that pork was going to be used in various nefarious activities, one likely being ballot harvesting.

This was beyond disappointing, I see kids sitting on stairs outside trying to get wi-fi for their hybrid classes. Many don’t have computers let alone housing as soon as the moratorium on evictions is lifted.

I saw a 4 pack of Scott toilet paper for 7.99 last week at stop & shop. Lots of price gouging going on, and everything is tripling in cost.

I have donated to WinRed a few times, now they can stuff it.

...... wishing Ghislane Maxwell good luck
Telling the a proud boys to stand down and stand by (inciteful)
Driving in circles with SS while infected
Now just stop negotiations in regards to helping people/economy

All things that make you go hmmmmm.....

I’m disgusted with this BS!

Thank you! This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's like telling a starving nation... Hey.. You're not going to get food until I'm re-elected. That's exactly what it sounds like. Doesn't matter if I know what's really going on - A big part of the country wont understand it and it is a critical element vs what's going on right now.

It's pathetic. And not once have I heard NOT ONE SINGLE politician standing up against the price gouging. It's seriously pathetic.

Nancy Pelosi has to present a valid proposal,
which she has not done. It falls on her actually.

She was too busy with her hair and ice cream.

Trump is just highlighting her failure.

Right...Trump/McConnell started at $400 Billion last month, and steadily increased what they would accept paying as a stimulus to $1.6 Trillion yesterday.

Pelosi, started at $3.5 Trillion last month. However, she would go no lower than $2.4 Trillion yesterday.

If anyone has looked at Nancy Pelosi's bill (passed last Thursday in the House), it contains pork and bail-outs like you wouldn't believe.

Republicans in Congress have a "ceiling". Democrats in Congress have a "floor". The ceiling never met the floor. Impasse. The end...for now.

I disagree. He pulled out? What logic is that when the talks have been stalled for MONTHS???

You know those checks were suppose to go out YESTERDAY! Dude, why are you suddenly waking up to this? In fact, some didn’t even think Stimulus was coming, except for those holding out hope, like you apparently.

I think you’re just overreacting and wrongly placing blame on something that requires bi partisan consensus.

The fact that you say he has control leads me to believe you think he is a dictator, that, or unable to comprehend how negotiations work in a bi partisan tasking.

....actually, thinking about it. NO. The fact that you went on some weird rant and placing blame on Trump for something he wants ONLY THE AMERICAN PEOPLE to get and nothing else is ridiculous.

Dude, do me a favor and vote Biden if you really want that handout.

He litterally came back from Covfefe (wonder if he was tryin to hint at cov-id lol) and pulled his guy out of the talks because he didn't want to go one more step with it. He didn't try to negotiate further... Just pulled the plug until AFTER the election. That speaks volumes to me that the people's health doesn't matter but their votes sure in the hell does... AFTER THE ELECTION...

Why are you blaming this on Trump? Pelosi won't negotiate unless all of her pork is added in. She wants $2.4 trillion, Trump is only trying to do $1.6 trillion.

Because he has the power over this. No one else does. It relies fully on him. If it's because of BS pork added, that's fine. He needs to say this. Otherwise, he's pissing on the american voters. This IS going to backfire if he doesn't step up and either do something, or say something.

He's the PoTUS. I hold him responsible.

No just no.

Pelosi is the one acting in bad faith here, not Trump. The democrats want to bailout poorly managed cities, and much of that money would be diverted for the DNC to send it to campaigns and launder it that way. Just like the last time.

Pelosi is trying to actually garner an unrelated huge loan or proverbial grant to go directly to democrats, not citizens, and the money used for non Covid related things. How can anyone not see how doing that is totally absurd?

She's using the hurting American people as leverage to get all those nice pushover republicans willing to give her unrelated huge amounts of money.

Extortion is what it is. Nothing but extortion.

Then why did he make a comment to Congress when he was in hospital to please get this stimulus passed, that the people really needed it. Seems kind of premature to back out of that only days after saying/tweeting it does it not?

After more than a month of stalled stimulus negotiations, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will move to introduce a new $2.4 trillion stimulus package. The package would be narrower than the $3.4 trillion Heroes Act passed by the House in May. While still more costly than Republicans have been willing to accept, the new stimulus proposal would likely restart negotiations with the White House.

One of those letters came from Rep. Cindy Axne (D-Iowa). In that letter she urged Pelosi to “bring up a simplified, straightforward COVID-19 relive package.” This week Axne was collecting signatures from lawmakers on a second letter to Pelosi that according to The Washington Post read: “We write to you now to implore you to brig a revised and streamlined COVID-19 relief package to the floor next week. Americans are counting on us; they cannot wait any longer.”

Last week, a bipartisan group of 50 lawmakers released a stimulus package framework calling for $1.5 trillion in relief. President Trump has expressed his support for this framework.
...
On state and local government aid, experts believe that $500 billion is needed, far less than Pelosi has demanded to date. Likewise, the demand for $600 a week in extra unemployment benefits has come under pressure. While there is some dispute over whether such an amount discourages individuals from returning to work, it’s clear that $600 pays many people more than they made working.
The bipartisan framework introduced last week compromised on both of these issues. It called for $500 billion in aid to state and local governments and $450 to $600 in extra unemployment benefits. If the new package embraces this bipartisan framework, it would signal a significant shift in Pelosi’s position.

I don't know time frames on when checks were supposed to be mailed out. The last I heard about the issue was they were still in talks. I left it at that. I never looked at it like something that has to happen yesterday, however, delay only makes things worse.

You can go somewhere else with your handout bs. Trolling me with the same old "handout" stuff doesn't work. You wont do well trying to make me feel bad by using that as a tool to justify your "point".

I'm telling you whats there. You don't have to believe it. Hell, you don't even have to read it right from Trumps tweet... But now you're actually taking this guy as a messiah who can do no wrong. Sorry "dude". I'm not that guy. He's no messiah. Right now he's being a idiotic child with very little sympathy for the people who actually voted for him. Way to turn on your voters.

All he has to do is explain. He wont but you're trying for him and that means nothing to me because like anyone else, unless he tells you himself in front of everyone, you're just guessing like anyone else.

Until then... He's being a prick.

...and no, I don't vote for pedophiles. But hey... use those jabs all you want. They only make you look really in deep with Trump. Know where the man stops and the legend begins, will ya?

His tweet states "poorly run, high crime democratic states". Blue states.

I actually don't need the money. I've saved money working at home with no commute and no new clothes purchases for work. My household has worked the entire shut down with my teenagers making extra money when they added pay to essential workers for a few months.

Funny thing though, just because I may not need the stimulus I do see that there are many people who are hurting and need help. That he now wants to hold it hostage as a I'll help if you re-elect me, and the fact that he seems to really only want to consider red states part of the country is ridiculous.

Also, there is an issue if you want to cut safety measures to rush a vaccination so you can claim you got it done quickly and again think that will influence voters.

Maybe neither were a good example of his narcissism but there are 100s of examples. It is not a matter of being critical of information when it is his own words and actions that are shining examples. Maybe you have never dealt with a true narcissist before. It's easy to be blinded by their charisma. Not your fault.

....UGH....I swear....

Okay, let me break it down for you since you’re not capable of understanding.

Trump has been pushing for Stimulis. The fact that you cited that proves it.

HOWEVER. HOWEVER. HOWEVER.

Pelosis isn’t acting in good faith for the American people.

It is in Trumps HOPE that as he keeps pushing for negotiations, that at some point, Pelosis will give up on the PORK and say, Hey, You’re right, the American people need help. HENCE, IN BAD FAITH.

IN OTHER WORDS, SHE IS LYING AND USING EXCUSES TO GET HER WAY.

You were never going to see that money with her at the negotiation tables.

DO.YOU.UNDERSTAND.NOW?

One more time:
Trump=Negotiations and relief
Pelosis=Stall, obstruct and Pork
Trump=Keep beating the bush NEGOTIATE!
Pelosis=Stall, obstruct and Pork
Trump: to hell with it, election in three weeks, give us everything and we’ll push out the stimulis.

This hurts democrats as well.

Yep... I see all of that.

No... Trump still has to bring this decision to light and explain himself.

It's not just about polosi. It's about the american people. Screw Palosi and all this poke BS. I don't care if you bail out russia in the process. It's dumb, yes but you're still taking care of the people in this country until you can fix your issue with polosi.

If this was something else, fine but it isn't. It's food - health and well being. Period.

Let me ask you something. Lets say Trump wins again and everyone goes back to the table... Do you honestly think the stimulus that passes wont be filled with each sides pork? Do you really really believe that?

If so.... I've got a few things up for sale that you might be interested in. I gotta full bucket of BS that I'm just dying to sell.

So how is this any different? The next stimulus will be filled with pork just like the last one and every single stumulus that ever came into existence.

Expecting a different result this time, are we?

Not my fault huh? For being critical and understanding what to expect? Right.

However, I do blame you for not being able to clearly see what Pelosis was doing and by default, holding the American people hostage. As for the Vaccine, he is simply saying, get it out so that COVID can’t be used as a crutch.

As for Narcissism, amusing and hilarious that you admitted you didn’t know what it exactly meant and passed it off as something he did before somewhere with examples in crayon probably 🥱

Sorry bro, sucks you’re not getting a handout. I really do feel sorry for you. However, Trump did RT Powell in hopes Pelosis drops her bid.

I think that Trump had a sticking point about illegals not getting $1200 and that Pelosi’s plan included illegals getting the $1200 plus the additional pork including the mention of cannabis more times than the mention of small business. Pushing it back until after the election says that Trump isn’t going to let Democrats claim the stimulus is vote buying.

Also, Trump declared a mass declassification on ALL documents related to Russian Collusion Investigation, which would include anything on a one time Sec of State that became a Presidential candidate (and any current candidates that happened to be a VP at one time or another).

Again.. I get what the witch is doing. I'm still very stern on the point that you don't kick the bench your people are sitting on because you're pissy with the woman from hell.

You can call it what you want but just looks like one big old vote grab. Thats all this stiumulus is for either side. It's about votes. I don't care about votes. I care about how their fight affects us.
