Scalar physics is where it’s at. I’d give anything if I could remember the name of it, but there’s a book from during WW2 in the rare book room at the San Francisco public library that’s about scalar physics and it’s applications.

Every time I spent a day in the rare book room I’d try to read as much of it as possible. Truly weird stuff. And if what it was saying was true, it goes towards explaining death rays and all kinds of supposedly imaginary weapons.

China used a Scalar Weapon on China Lake, CA to send a message to the US, but I don't believe this.
