Having studied psychology for decades, I fully agree that it depends on the mood and time of life in which one finds oneself.
But over six decades I think I'm fairly stable. Remembering these are simply tendencies, each of the "types" is - when more studied - rated on percentage of generalized behavior.

But I did NOT know until just the last couple of years....not until I turned 60. Seems pretty consistent with my memories of living.

I don’t really Myers-Briggs has validity or relevance in these days and times. I think there are other tools that measure things better. So there’s that.
