Hello ATS,. Well, it seems that while the West is busy fighting over its identity, Mohammed Bin Salman is busy reshaping the Middle East. There's a plan in motion to build a city of the future called NEOM along with other projects to bolster investment investment/ development of the area. The complete project is called vision 2030 and although things have been stalled a bit by the pandemic, MBS pushes ahead.

On October 24, 2017, he announced that a $500 billion futuristic megacity 33 times the size of New York City, would be built from scratch in the kingdom's northwestern deserts.

The city, named Neom, would be carbon neutral and have artificial rain, a fake moon, flying taxis, and robotic maids, according to early blueprints drawn up by consultants. It has since branded itself as a future hub for pioneering clean energy development.

The project is a key part of Vision 2030, the prince's plan to modernize the kingdom and shed its reliance on petrodollars amid fluctuating oil prices.

Sounds exciting, ATS? I'm excited to see where this goes. What say you, ATS?

All real life global supervillans need projects to pour their ill gotten gains into,if not for tax break purposes its for ego massage or to camouflage their more shadowy pursuits.

Sounds like a fast easy way to send hundreds of millions to places they shouldn't be sending money, via contractors.

Maybe I should send them some bills for a few hundred grand, see where it gets me.

Not sure about “super cities”. But it seems like an “grandpa” view of the world. You end up with the same crap we have now ... but I think about things like voxels, robots, and fusion so this is my opinion/feeling (I really think some of this is already in use and we just one day wake up in a “Star Trek” world and after a few years, it no longer amazing but common place like the horse and buggy and jet airplanes are to us now).

Hey, ever notice that when the flying taxi dives to the surface Mika crashes onto the partition instead of flying against the rear window??

That is why my future city will be different!!

This news development reminds me of an interesting article from 4 years ago. Super cities sounds like some NWO stuff.
