A Nebraska bar owner that killed a rioter who was attacking him and his business has committed suicide, a friend has confirmed to The Gateway Pundit.

The bar owner, Jake Gardner, was indicted by a grand jury on counts of manslaughter, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, attempted first-degree assault and making terrorist threats after intense political pressure was placed on the city.

After watching the video, and reviewing all the relevant material, it seems that the crux of this case was something that Gardner said to the attackers. Somehow, something that he said made a difference to this clown of a prosecutor Franklin. Not that he was being held in a choke hold from behind after defending his business from vandalism and looting. That doesnt matter. I'm just appalled that this could happen in our country.

Gardner was arrested in September of 2013 and charged with two counts of assault and battery, along with failure to inform an officer of a concealed handgun, property damage, and theft.

Clearly the rioters harassed a mentally ill man. Normally psychologically robust people don't commit suicide for defending themselves and then being charged by the police.
