Amin was previously taken to court for making false Medicaid claims. In a case filed against him, other doctors, and Irwin County Hospital in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the government alleged that the hospital was billing Medicaid for obstetric ultrasounds, even if they weren’t necessary.
The case was dismissed as part of a settlement, in which the hospital and nine doctors, including Amin, paid more than half a million dollars to the government, but did not admit any liability. The government, as part of the settlement, did not admit that its own claims were unfounded.

The white supremacist factor on ATS that has become the seeming majority is quite all right with active eugenics against brown people. It's the goal.
It's applauded. It's what fascists and their apologists do.
But somehow, I imagine, it will be spun as "ok" or "necessary" or...
I'm somewhat confused about your post, as a non-white non-male non-Christian conservative.
I mean, you used all the key words... white supremacist, eugenics, etc.
However.
The only political party and political ideology who have traditionally embraced both of those in America is the Democratic party.
I don't see any conservatives embracing Planned Parenthood, for instance.
Or being members of the political party that sponsored the KKK.
As to the article (From the Intercept... LOL) perhaps you didn't read beyond the headline.
For instance...
According to one advocate who spoke to The Intercept on the condition of anonymity to shield a detainee from reprisals, a woman detained in Irwin saw the doctor for spotting, or light vaginal bleeding. The doctor claimed the woman had a cyst — a claim the woman was dubious about — and insisted on a procedure to remove uterine tissue. While performing the procedure, the doctor removed part of the woman’s fallopian tube, claiming that “it was clogged,” according to the advocate. The woman never gave her consent.
I'm not sure if you know anything about the female anatomy, but that isn't a hysterectomy.
But hey!!!
You keep on hating and I'll keep living a happy life.

If they were having problems, wouldn't they do a DNC before doing a Hysterectomy? Usually a Hysterectomy is for worse cases.
Someone is sterilizing these women to do population control.
There are doctors who do that to low income people more than those in the middle class.

This thread is the greatest, I am glad you made it.
I see you have a lot of support from some of your comrades as well.
Nazi medical experiments?
Sounds like very similar to what the Leftists just love marching “peacefully” for.
Partial-birth abortions ring a bell to you?
More like fear and loathing of the dreaded anchor babies!

That was pretty much my take on it too.

Since when do you guys care about babies?
The millions of abortions really tell a different story......like you don’t care at all.

Hysterectomy now, or multiple taxpayer funded abortions (aka "murders"), going forward.
So, you advocate forced preventative measures.
Got it.

Got your mask on?
Signed your petition to ban all guns?
Wrongthink next, right?
Leftists are pathetic. Fascist to the core.

Are you seriously opposed to minorities aborting minority babies?
