Politicians do favors for as little as 10k a pop.

According to wikipedia he 'only' has about $8 bln left..

He donated three quarters of his entire fortune to this cause.

You suggest that technology will come into play and I say indeed. Historically all advances in technology had profound impacts wherever they came into play. Today and for the last century the rate of technological advances has kept us on our toes trying to keep pace with it.

The old mans lament, ''why, fifty years ago we didn't have''..... Thirty years ago, ten years ago , last year, we didn't have. But now we do and what will come next year or next week or tomorrow.

You suggest that our current state of affairs was forced onto us. I ask you what is that force. Do we limit our understanding of how we are being forced by others who would force us for their own reasons or can we understand that what is forcing us is the juggernaut of human history coming to a crisis point.

There is something else going on. This is not merely some growing pains as we advance.

There is an insidiousness behind it all.

There is a desperation and a sense of urgency.

It's honorable to want to stab "the monster(s)" (the controllers) who cause so much pain and anguish, simply for power. They are evil. At some point you may accept they are untouchable...or you may decide to invest your energy in rooting them out. The latter is the path that President Trump chose for himself. He's having some success, but admits the controllers are deeply rooted and have a huge number of minions serving them.

I categorize the people supporting the left into 3 camps.

1.) The by any means necessary gang, being insidious. It's like when certain religions have scripture that tell their adherents it is ok to lie to non-believers simply on the basis of their lack of belief.

2.) The gullible group, falling for the doublespeak and accusations hurled at the other side that is merely a mirror for their own misdeeds.
