The desire of the Jews in 1945-1946 to create an independent state of Israel was brutally suppressed. The British shot Palestinian Jews, set their
Arab allies against them, created unbearable living conditions for the Jews, not much different from living conditions during the German occupation,
by all means squeezed Jews out of Palestine. But despite this, the Jews continued to wage a difficult war of independence with the British, receiving
military support only from the Soviet Union. The question was straightforward. If the Palestinian Jews survive, the Crimean Project will lose its
significance. And if they fail, the Americans will continue to put pressure on the "Crimean project" like a sore spot. The victory of the Palestinian
Jews and the creation of the State of Israel in 1947 became possible only thanks to the military assistance of the Soviet Union, which not only
supplied the Jews of Palestine with weapons and ammunition, including artillery, howitzers and tanks, through third countries, but also sent military
instructors and volunteers from among the Soviet Jews.
After the creation of the state of Israel, Stalin believed that the Crimean issue was permanently marked with a fat point. However, there remained
promissory notes, according to which the entire Crimean land was divided into shares, which in 1954, according to an agreement of 1929, were to become
the property of the American elite. The transfer of Crimea to Ukraine by Khrushchev was Stalin's homework to annul the obligations of the Soviet Union
under the above treaty. The fact is that bills signed by the Soviet government on behalf of the RSFSR, despite the creation of Israel in Palestine,
remained valid. Only the transfer of the Crimean land from the jurisdiction of the RSFSR to the jurisdiction of some other union republic de facto
canceled the obligations under the promissory notes. In this case, the Crimean land no longer belongs to the party that signed the bills.
It should be noted that after the transfer of Crimea from the RSFSR to Ukraine by Khrushchev, the city of Sevastopol, where the main base of the USSR
Black Sea Fleet was, remained a part of the RSFSR. It was an enclave of the RSFSR in the Crimea. And only after the collapse of the USSR, Yeltsin, who
was under the control of US instructors and openly said "God Save America", transferred not only Crimea, but also Sevastopol to Ukraine. Although the
Ukrainian side at the talks in Belovezhskaya Pushcha was ready to abandon Crimea.
In 1954 it seemed that the Crimean Jewish Project was closed forever. However, with the collapse of the Soviet Union, projects to create a second
Jewish state in Crimea appeared again, which, however, did not meet with active support of the world Jewish elite. These plans exist only for Chabad
Lubavitch, and the Israeli authorities do not support them. In 2014, when Crimea was reunited with Russia, the Crimean Jewish Project was permanently
closed.
But at the same time, after the Maidan in Kiev, when Ukraine began to fall apart, influential Jewish organizations started talking about the creation
of a New Israel, or the so-called "Heavenly Jerusalem", on the territory of five regions of southern Ukraine. Judging by the Israeli media, the Jewish
elite takes the project of creating a New Israel on the territory of the disintegrating Ukraine very seriously. However, as the “Crimean Spring”
of 2014 got in the way of the “Crimean Jewish project”, so the “Novorossiya” project may also stand in the way of creating a New Israel
according to Chabad in the territory of southern Ukraine.
Legally, Vladimir Putin made the right move. Obligations on the Crimean bills to the United States were borne by the RSFSR. Ukraine did not bear any
obligations. Putin announced that the Russian Federation is not the legal successor of the RSFSR, but the USSR, and has legally secured this in
accordance with international law. Russia took upon itself all the debts and all the obligations of the USSR, and fulfilled them. There are no legal
claims against Russia regarding Crimea. And this policy now, in the 21st century, has become a logical continuation of Stalin's policy of the mid-20th
century.
In addition, the succession of Russia to the USSR and the Russian Empire carries with it many more points that many do not consider now. But in the
future, they will serve as legal grounds from the point of view of international law for very big surprises in relation to Western countries.
Thank.
