Citizens issue Stand Down Order to authorities after nullifying and outlawing COVID regulations.

In an historic act of direct democracy, two Peoples’ Assemblies on Vancouver Island have called upon civil and police authorities to stand down from enforcing COVID regulations or be charged with partaking in a “criminal conspiracy against the liberty and health of the people.”

Earlier this week, the same Assemblies defied COVID regulations by issuing a Public Safety Bylaw that outlaws social distancing, quarantining, masking, and mandatory vaccinations as “unhealthy, unlawful and unwarranted”.

Under this law, anyone who tries to impose COVID regulations can face fines and imprisonment within Common Law Courts established by the Assemblies.

As most of us sit here, semi-paralyzed by the insanity of what is happening to our societies : a group of Canadian citizens has taken a stand against the technocratic encroachment.
Their vehicle is common-law declarations, against the protocols of Health-Canada, the WHO, Kill Gates and Big-Pharma, being shoved down our throats.
We'll see how this plays-out, because the technocrats certainly wouldn't want this to catch-on with our American neighbors.

Not sure : but it is my understanding that the two Common-Law People's Assemblies, are related to The Republic of Kanata, and are operating under their constitution, and with the backing of their Sheriffs and Common-Law courts.

Peaceful non compliance, en masse, is the ticket out of this circus show. If that doesn't work, lawsuits, lots of them. With enough people on board this nonsense would be over by tomorrow. An informed public is a tyrants worst nightmare.

Good for the Canadians, but sad that they show up the Americans, in matters of freedom.

Good for them. I'm sick of overheating because of wearing a damned mask while having a serious hot flash. I'm fed up with social distancing because it's next to impossible to get anything done at work with this restriction. To be honest, I'm just fed up with it all. Time to get back to normal.

In British Columbia we have had 210+|- a few deaths all told in a population of 5.7 million across the province. Each day we hear the top sheep herder Bonny Henry harp on about cases, illicit faux tears about the people not listening.

I’m sure damn glad our Island folk are standing up and fighting because the sheep in Vancouver just across the channel are accepting more and more demands from the hoax handlers as we are 6 months on, in the CoNViD PLANdemic and they just don’t seem to wanna let go of the BS

I really hope they are successful, and plan to try and reach out to see how to do the same here on the Mainland.

Reminds me of the Sovereign Citizen's movement in the States from more that a decade ago. Lot's of militia types were into to this movement, but most of these agitators merely got in trouble for thumbing their noses at the federal government and it's laws.

It got pretty stupid. They stop paying taxes, would drive their vehicles without a license, registration or insurance, carry a weapon, and a number of other things like issue their own currency. It was asking for big trouble, even if all you did was talk about it. It ruined a friend of mine's life. He became blacklisted and unemployable because of his views. He was foolish for being so open about it, esp around co-workers.

I think in the USA they call themselves Freeman of the Land or something.

This will end badly for them..or they will just be completely ignored by our Government.
