Atlas uses actual statistics, not surmise, compiled by their very own CDC and other countries' sister agencies. At the heart of everything Atlas says are solid numbers. He's a numbers guy, not a laboratory egghead.

So is Fauci saying the CDC is putting out mis-information.

Some of that stuff is 4 years old, which:

(a) should have been disclosed long before Flynn even made a plea deal; and

(b) should have been disclosed right at the beginning. Before you indict and arraign, get all your disclosures in order and ready to hand over to opposing counsel.

It's not rocket surgery, and a prosecutor's goal should *never* be to trick someone into a guilty plea based on undisclosed evidence. Heck when I was a prosecutor I'd let opposing counsel sit in a conference room and go through my whole file (minus my personal notes), copy what they need. Who cares? The government's job isn't to screw people. Do your damn job.

Too many lawyers learning how to practice either from watching t.v. shows, or from Satan himself.

These things make my law license hurt, they're so bad.
