- Oregon has 20 years of experience with vote-by-mail
- Considered a success & proof the concept works (consulting with other states)
- Talked about many issues (handicap, homeless, deadlines, post office routing)
- Clear rule for voter intent (cross through, soiled or torn ballots, re-votes)
- Need for educating officials in different counties (not 1 size fits all in Oregon)
- Fraud (paper trail, signature check, contact voters with problems, ballot pick ups)
- Tools in place to ensure 1 vote per person (mail, changed vote or in person)
- OR has set up multiple customer service options to help (call, website, in person)
- Has a communication plan for 4 groups (politicians, voters, media, academic)

BLINDSPOT - DANGEROUS DRIVERS SHOULD HAVE LOST THEIR LICENSES.
- NDR = national database to determine status of applicant's license
- All states required to check when a person applies for a new drivers license
- NDR System shows if person has a revoked, suspended, canceled or denied license
- Pandemic/natural disasters creating real chaos (a few states affects all states)

NY State Drivers License - what to do if a driver dies
- If someone dies, there is no legal requirement to report it (nursing home).
- If an out-of-state drivers license is not canceled, how will another state know?


3) Could a NATION-WIDE VOTER ID reduces blindspots with State Drivers Licenses?
- Some argue a VOTER ID disenfranchises voters.
- Same group pushes OREGON as a proven model with 2.05 million / 4 million = 51%
-"Disenfranchise" argument falls flat when 49% didn't vote.
- Find common ground = safety + convenience for the betterment of all?

There’s a growing sentiment (on social media AND previously confident media/govt types) that the Durham hunt won’t lead to big name indictments.

Q seems to be trying to reassure the followers that justice is coming, big names will be held accountable, and doesn’t want confidence to drop.

How he’s not Arkancided is amazing.

It’s funny how often I read “come on Q arrest someone”.

Q’s not DOJ or Law Enforcement.

It’s up to Durham/Barr to investigate and if they find evidence of crimes, request warrants to be issued. Then, likely, FBI makes arrests.

Military Intel is only in a position to keep interested citizens informed (thru codes and non-specific hints) about what/who/how crimes may have been committed.

In the end, this falls on Durham and Barr. Durham investigates and will tell Barr what he’s found and his recommended course of action. Barr will make any final decision.

If I remember correctly, he did turn over copies of stuff that he has to law enforcement... like massive amounts (50 hard drives or something like that).
So they are aware of what he holds.
That is why he hasn't been offed.

We tried to go into Rocky Mountain Park this summer and believe it or not we could not get in. Normally we buy a day pass but nooo. We were greeted with big signs saying passes had to be bought a month in advance. Too many people and with the parks being underfunded they simply do not have enough staff ect. We could have squeezed in if we wanted to start hiking at 6 a.m. or after 6 p.m. which wasn't workable for us.
