A sincere question on the Jacob Blake press conference

The upshot here is that no cop of any color can ethically police a black man.

They want a “get out of jail free” card for every criminal of color.

Guy has a warrant, and was using a knife to referee a fight between two females? Just walk away, Cop. Just walk away.


Let me guess. The two females were employees, in his escort business.

64 (mostly) Black people shot in Chicago over the past 3 days.

But the media spends HOURS talking about 1 Black man shot in Kenosha.

Was Jacob Blake a big-time VIP in the Black community or something?

Grief can fog your mind. It's hard enough to lose a child and grieve their death without the national media circus shining the spotlight on you. I can't imagine she ever expected to be involved in a highly viewed press conference setting like that, and to do something new like that when you're already fraught with grief? Of course they would. It doesn’t matter if it’s justified or not. The black community are sending the message that they refuse to be policed.

He was also a cop assaulting, domestic violence perpetrator with a warrant out for a felony 3rd degree sexual assault which the cops were there to arrest him for. He broke away from an arrest attempt and had a knife on him, reportedly scrambling in to the car to retrieve something ignoring multiple warnings.

It's like some of you are just wanting it to be true that unarmed black men are mercilessly gunned down by police for nothing constantly.
