Actually the DNC decides, but lots of chaos about the ballots since they might be already printed and some states have different laws about "changes". So the "strategy" would be to let people vote for a "dead" candidate and allow the "VP elect" to assume as "President Elect" (if they win) 😃 The confusion would be astounding !! 😃

I wonder what odds Las Vegas is giving for Biden not making it (for any reason) to November 3rd?

The Biden team wouldn't be able to muzzle Bernie, like they've done with Kamala. You could see during the ABC joint Biden-Kamala interview tonight that she wanted to talk a lot more, but someone kept flashing something at her from behind the camera.
