I just saw that in the US new COVID 19 cases are down 50,000 for the sixth day in a row.

At my hometown COVID 19 site our new virus cases are down dramatically, the last week less than 30 new cases a day for an area of 500,000 people.

It's all just bad data until you know exactly how many people are asymptomatic and weren't counted.
It varies according to locality but the current national average is closer to 93% negative.
But there is no shortage of tests to test for the virus, and around ninety eight percent of those tests come out negative for covid.
