Last I heard, it would be by the end of Summer. I think they are dotting their I's and crossing their T's to make sure they can bring justice for the American people. The reason it's taking so long is that when the investigations began, they kept finding more and more evidence of criminal activity. I guess no one knew just how deep the swamp really was.
