Geez, this guy is a train wreck. He's going to absolutely demolish himself if he goes anywhere near a live debate. The Dems can't seriously be trying to run him for president - it's all about the VP choice. I'm still betting Hilary will be announced as Biden's VP at the last second. I'll be amazed if that wasn't the plan all along... Sneak Hilary in as VP under Biden, and then "Oh no, poor Biden had a heart attack in his sleep! Hilary has to take over as president!"

While the handling of Cuban relationships may be important to Latinos in Florida, it may be of little consequence to Latino populations in Arizona, California, ect.

African American issues are more consistent from state to state, in my opinion. For example, I don't care what state they're from, most African Americans planning on voting for Joe Biden in November are not going to drop everything and vote for Kanye West for president, just because he's a black man.

Latino community encompasses all Hispanics ethnicity including Brazil.

Whereas, African American isn’t used to encompass all African or Caribbean ethnic groups, albeit of Africa or African descent, on government forms its “ black / African American. For Latinos it’s Latin America ....

There are Latinos all over the country that care about our relationship with Cuba, they're called Cubans. Joe need not worry about them. Having fled communism they are wary of those supporting communists rioting.

I've had the pleasure of knowing several Cuban Americans over the decades and can assure you that even Cubans are diverse in their feelings about Castro.

South America has 33 countries

Now that's just in diversity of countries in their home cultural regions.

Now, let's get into some history, south america and much of Latin america was conquered by the Spanish who basically raped the cultures there out of existence. They did the same thing in the Philippines too to be fair and just about everywhere they went.

I'm not sure what definition of diversity he's using but that....
