Chinese Air Strip in Lop Nor

While looking around the Lop Nor test site in google earth, there is an airstrip about 12 to 15 mi west of the test site. It looks relatively new compared to the surroundings, but there isn't much in the way of support structures for an airfield. There are no tags in GE for it and I was wondering if anyone knows of any info on this airstrip. This is a 16000 ft runway and the location is 40 46 22.58N, 89 16 55.87E

One of the strange triangle air strips. Odd. Kinda wonder what the planes are needed for way out there.
