Big Pharma will be exempt from COVID19 liability claims. So none can hold big pharma responsible for any deaths or any disability that results from bad medicine under the Prep Act. It is designed to protect CERTAIN entities and CERTAIN people This opens the door to medical fraud, Pharma is about making big bucks and the U.S. government has opened the door making it a quick rich scheme for pharma without abiding to current law. Only willful misconduct will be prosecuted. Showing willful misconduct in court in this TYPE of case is almost impossible UNLESS the prosecutor can PROVE the intentions of the person or entity which is rarely accomplished unless by confession.

I would advise everyone to consider NOT accepting any COVID 19 vaccine, especially in its initial phase. This vaccine will be a "Trial by Error" experiment on humans.

I won’t be taking the vaccine in ANY phase.

We’ve never had a cure for the flu. Why would we magically get one now?

Perfect example is the flu shot. Why do we have it? Oh cuz it generates 4 billion in revenue each year. What a joke!

You sure got that right! They skipped over animal testing and went straight to human tests.

But a treatment that has been around for 70 years can't be used, because not enough testing has been done on it.

It is all just total BS and anyone who doesn't see that is either blinded by the MSM or lying. IMO.

If willful misconduct includes legalized genocide; I want every

A common ingredient in almost all vaccines are allegedly "inert"
or "disabled" viruses themselves. This is supposed to crank up
the bodies' natural defenses, from what I read. This also logically
corresponds to me of the practice of getting a weak rattlesnake bite
once a year to build up an immunity. Define either weak or normal.

I was around for the Polio oral in the 50s... and out of 52 kids in
my private school class (grade), two got a paralytic case of polio.
I don't know for sure what everyone else feels-- but would you go
for a gumball to chew on from that bowl if four out of a hundred
were poison?

I can see this going into mandatory status through schools and passports. Your child will have to be vaccinated to attend schools and you’ll be acquired to be vaccinated to travel abroad.
They are going to push this like it’s the next polio or mumps vaccine and they’re ready to make trillions doing so.

Reason #2 not to take it.

Reason # 1 being the has never been a successful human coronavirus vaccine. There are some effective veterinary coronavirus vaccines, but I believe they are time limited, requiring further vaccination after a period of time. Seems like I've read about both a feline and a human coronavirus vaccine that weren't just ineffective but also made the recipient more susceptible to either that virus or others. I believe the human one was for SARS and made the recipient more susceptible to MERS. Which is concerning because that's the same family as Covid-19.

if what you say is true that there is a cure then why won't the lady dr release the results that prove her claim that is a RED FLAG and must be looked into

Well think about this for a second.
You are a huge company with a great deal of financial accountability towards the safety of your products.
Now you are basically being forced to rush a vaccine without sufficient time for testing.

Why would they want to assume responsibility?
Only a fool would take that chance.

As far as I know this is "normal" for big pharma companies..
You have to ask-in what other industry would this be acceptable?

Say you manufacture brakes for cars,and you make a mistake resulting in thousands of car crashes with some fatalities and many more life altering injuries-would anyone find it acceptable if the brake manufacturer was immune from prosecution?
I highly doubt it.

Which makes me think there must be something different about the pharma companies.

The difference IMHO is that they,unlike brake manufacturers,are a massive cog in "the system."
They are not there to help anyone,and certainly not there to cure diseases but they are a huge part of the machine which controls us all.

BTW I am not an anti vaxer,I have had loads over the years-but the incredible power these giant pharma companies weild(and the neferious history of many of them over the years)makes me very wary of them.

It'll be an ongoing cycle of regular titer shots and testing to make sure every one stays up to date. It's the perfect type of virus and vaccine. It's a constant source of never ending income. Every year, every few months, weeks whatever, every one's going to have to go for their booster shot and money will be made perpetually off of them. It won't matter whether they work or whether the virus just goes away on it's own. The vaccines and booster shot schedule will be given credit for it.

It'll be taught in schools to the new generations, everyone will believe it and it's going to be the new basis for what people will be allowed to do in society. And a bunch of people will make lots and lots of money off of a perpetual slavery driven by an endless cycle of vaccines and testing.

All you have to do is look at the UK and then look at the US.
The UK does NOT do the Chicken Pox Shot. The US does. WHY???
The arguments are opposite. How is that?

One has universal healthcare, one is for profit.

Under the NVICP, those claiming a vaccine injury from a covered vaccine cannot sue a vaccine manufacturer without first filing a claim with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Certain medical events are presumed to be side effects of vaccination as long as no other cause is found. The claim filer is reimbursed according to a formula, provided that all the medical records meet NCVIA standards and that review by the U.S. Department of Justice determines that all legal standards have been met. If a claim is denied, or if the claim is approved and the claimant rejects the compensation, only then may the claimant file a civil lawsuit.

There is a "general fund" to which manufacturers contribute and from which NVICP claims are settled.

I wasn't aware of this. So this means now they can't be sued in civil court at all? Does this legislation remove the need for them to contribute to the "general fund" for these products, or will their amounts be static and not increased?

Claims are settled only after fault is found which the Prep Acr says fault includes only if the Pharma company intent was to harm someone and this is almost impossible to prove in court under the Prep Act guidelines.
