I don't think you see the discrepency.

What she said is that when used as a preventative, you don't need to wear a mask. And I'm sure that wherever she works still has to comply with state guidelines on mask wearing, as ridiculous as they are.

People who are coming in to see her for treatment have obviously not been prescribed anything yet.

Commercially the drug is technically available. The problem is in the regulatory environment that is limiting and restricting doctors from using their own determination in providing this option. One thread that gets into this issue more:

It is nice to think this is how the world works. Unfortunately we have economic realities. HCQ was approved by the FDA in 1955 as safe without limitation as to the condition being treated. This means it is a generic drug and not protected by patient law. Patient law with the drug industry started as a way to protect investments and help fund further research. This is why Remdesiver is being promoted at a cost of $1000's per treatment compared to HCQ in the $10's range for the consumer.

The profits for HCQ is not there compared to other treatment options. Big Pharma does have a huge influence in organizations like the FDA and CDC and is why treatment for covid is more political than medical.

Seriously? Over 4 million people have had coronavirus in the US. Multiply that by how many pills you'd need for treatment then multiply that by $10 and tell me it's not an amount of money worth a companies effort to run a couple ads and make a phone call to their already bought off congress person. See the only way I've heard of you getting it thru a doctor. Is when you're
already in the hospital with a severe case. And you have to request it. I
maybe wrong but I doubt you can find a doctor that will write a
prescription for HCL to any out patient.

You don't think they would ignore an inexpensive, effective treatment to push a far more expensive version? Why would they settle for millions when they can potentially make billions? They are all about profits like any company.

It would be interesting to know if it can be prescribed outpatient, I mean, obviously for the typical use of the drug that is so.

I think they are going with what the science says as it removes them from liability. They can do that and profit. No matter what the scientist say is the cure someone will need some sort of medication.

At this point, I dont understand why they dont just fabricate a study from top to bottom. It wouldnt matter if someone(s) could prove it was all falsified if the media claimed it was legitimate.

All anyone needs to do is look at the parameters of the years of research, alongside the empirical data from this year in places where it is working. Understanding what an "antiviral" is can help too (as a general rule, they stop viral replication rather than "killing" the virus that is already present).

When we look at every study where it doesnt work, theres always a major factor that is completely out of wack. Could be ignorance, could be conspiracy, but either way.. The results are entirely predictable.

Couple all that with our paradigm of only treating people once its out of control ("hospitalization worthy"), massive amounts of fear and stress, and a multitude of measures that compromise immune systems.. and its a wonder that things arent worse.

She is definitely not a suitable figurehead, to lead this charge.

It would appear though, different parameters were used in studies that proved, or disproved its effectiveness..a point of contention..rightfully so.

Where is the truth..I dunno. In general, as far as doctors go, they are pretty rigidly trained to go with the flow, what is known. They are not open to experimentation. But, as with any group, some are open to other possibilities.

Is the team made up of licensed practicing physicians or not? If so
each and every one as we are led to believe. Then I would ask why do
you only point your suspicions in one direction? How do you still find the
orders of those responsible for hundreds odf nursing home deaths credible?

I've seen plenty of interviews with trained and experienced medical professionals who use HQC and are saving lives, patients should have the option to pick their treatment and have it available to them AFFORDABLY, and those who still don't understand the money end of all this should continue to research more.
