That's some grand master level stupid right there and the same thing people like to do to law abiding gun owners when one nut happens to shoot up a theater. If people are protesting peacefully and some asshats decide to infiltrate that protest for their own criminal agenda it does not cause guilt by association.

When a protest is declared a riot, and the people do not disperse, they are no longer protestors but part of an unlawful assembly (i.e. riot) and are subject to all the things that go along with dispersing rioters, such as batons, pepper spray, OC, flash bangs, stinger balls, and arrest. It really is a simple concept to grasp. Protestors become rioters when they fail to leave the declared riot area.

It looks like NY and LA may be the ones to watch tonight.

Detroit is in the mix right now too..



ETA - Pretty boring right now. They are standing around. Eating and drinking free stuff. Taking pictures of each other and spreading the virus with their masks down.

To be expected for partisan reactionaries who give lip service to the Constitution but in reality do not support what it stands for unless what is being done totally agrees with their views.

The head of homeland security just said the same thing on Fox News. Federal forces are not leaving until the state of oregon upholds its end of the bargain. That is, State police will prevent the federal courthouse from being destroyed.
