We all dream, and some people claim to dream based on things they experience from their waking life. Like watching a horror movie then having a nightmare. What about video games? People are now dreaming in video game format training to do it on a website dedicated to the science behind video game dreaming. No joke, not only are they dreaming in video game format but in a full-sensory interactive versions of it.

Back in the day I played Descent. When I shut my eyes after a long night of gaming. I would be flying through the tunnels.

Don't remember ever dreaming about it.

Oh all the time. Vivid dreams of whatever game is my current crack pipe.
Lately I have returned to Conan, and if I play for several hours before bed, I will certainly be having dreams of being in there..but it is whatever you are fixating on before bed really.

I recommend keeping a dream journal (little pad and pen by the bed to jot down a few things when you wake up to remember your dreams). Not that it will lead you to some brilliant insight in life (although it might and has for me), but mostly to remember the awesome VR system we all have in our subconscious.

I've VR'ed one time and that night I basically dreamed in that manner. I'm sure VR rewires the brain.

I've always said once VR & augmented reality are sufficiently developed and integrated with porn, it's all over for humanity. Folk will never leave the house and be like those coc aine monkey experiments.

How often do you remember your dreams, they have a free course on the website for seven days of intense dream recall training maybe that's an option?

Oh yes I see that being quite the addictive quality of VR for some people. There is no doubt it saturates your brain with information the brain isn't used to.

I have also dreamed of games many times, especially when I've been playing too much. The title suggests lucid dreaming, or some sort of conscious control over the dream. I have never experienced this for a video game dream, but it sounds like the bee's knees.
