The only bit of good reasoning to cause a problem would be some sort of line up of planets that jiggled a few rocks in the asteroid belt to fall
sunward. Then they could cross earths orbital path , which hopefully the moon would catch first.
I wonder if they will shift the date again.
If cinemas were open in US here I would go. Streaming is okay but nothing beats the big screen and the loudness/spectacle.
There is an object that will pass between the Earth and the Moon on September 1, 2020 around 11pm Central time. It doesn't look like it will hit, but
it will come damned close. The object is called 2011 ES4 and is between 22 and 49m across.
